Questions about pricing
Do my clients need to pay or create an account?
No. Clients open your review link, enter a name and email, and start leaving feedback. Every plan includes unlimited reviewers.
What counts as a site?
A site is one website you collect feedback on, with its own widget script and review link. Its pages, pins and reviewers are unlimited.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. An upgrade applies right away. A downgrade applies from your next billing period, as long as your sites and team members fit within the new plan.
How do I cancel?
Cancel from the dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. See the terms and conditions for details.
Where is my data stored?
JustPin is hosted in the European Union, and screenshots are only ever shared through links that expire.
